very bad accomodation no lift no restaurant Over all very bad experience no comfortable for sr citizen

The room was nice and clean. However the 5 bedded room is on the second floor and difficult for senior citizens to climb stairs. There was a short circuit in the room this morning and the repair didn't happen till we were there.

I was thinking it should be a good hotel as i paid amount for luxury deluxe room but basically it was guest house type service room. No blanket cover was provided. Bath room was under construction. Staff was very helpful and provided good help during check out.

There was no mirror, no hot water in the bath room, tea was served in open cup-got ready at 1st floor& served on 3rd floor, no lift to reach 3rd floor from g floor, no restaurant.

The hotel owner/manager was rude. The ac didn't work. There was a hole in the wall at-least a square foot in size. There was work going on. The room was dusty when checked in. When i told that, the hotel manager was extremely rude. Dirty blankets. Next day morning, i left the key in reception and went out. The house keeping staff lost the key and we could not enter the room. The receptionist boy gets ladder and enters the room through the hole and opens the room from inside. Then they bring someone and arranges a lock and key after several hours. Agsin when i got back to room, they had done drilling work on the wall and my cloths that i had kept on the floor were destroyed. Whrn i asked about this, the hotel owner wasso rude. He seem to be uneducated and doesn't know probably how to treat thd guest. No bathroom kit was available. I didn't stay in this hotel since the owner was very threatening and i did not want to argue with them. I simply left rs money that i paid and moved out of the hotel.

While booking we opted for breakfast included package, but when we reached the property we realised that the hotel doesn't have any facility for any kind of breakfast

The rooms were already allocated to someone, hence they shifted to another property of theirs which was further away. No refunds or calculations on the difference of booking amounts.

Heating tank was small so didn’t had hot water, toilet seat was broken, tv was not working, no wifi accessibility at 2nd floor. Blankets were having some smell. Overall bad experience and not value for money.
